A 4-panel multi-slide replaces a broken 1980s patio door.
The Pham family in Clayton had a sliding patio door that hadn't slid in five years. The wheels were gone, the seal was shot, and the energy bill in winter was painful. We replaced the entire opening with a 4-panel multi-slide — installed in a single day.

Before / 1980s Slider, FailedThe challenge
A patio door that hadn't opened in five years.
The original 1980s aluminum slider had failed wheels, blown seals, and a fogged insulating unit. The Pham family had been treating the patio like it didn't exist. They wanted a wider opening, better insulation, and a real handle they could lock.
We pulled the entire frame, prepped the rough opening, and installed a four-panel multi-slide system with a full perimeter weather seal and a low-profile sill for clean indoor-to-outdoor transitions.
“We forgot how much we missed actually using our patio. The new slider glides with one finger and the kitchen finally feels connected to the backyard again.”
