From first text to finished install — usually under two weeks.
No call centers, no high-pressure 'today only' pricing, no surprise add-ons. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you ask for a quote to the moment we hand you the new keys.

Day 0
You ask for a quote
Text us a photo of the door (or fill out the quote form). Within an hour, a real human at Galve texts back a ballpark price. No call queue, no info pack — just a number.

Days 1–3
In-home measure
A master installer visits, measures the rough opening, and walks you through 2–3 material options that fit your budget. ~45 minutes. No "manager calls" with magic discounts — we leave with your specs, not a signed contract.

Days 4–6
Final quote
Once you've finalized color, door type, hardware, and glass, we confirm pricing with our supplier and text you a full final quote — usually 1–2 business days after the measure. Review on your time. Nothing's ordered until you green-light it.

Weeks 1–6
Order & build
Stock orders ship in 1–3 weeks. Custom builds (mahogany, art glass, oversized) take 4–6. We text you a delivery confirmation and schedule the install date.

Install day
Old door out, new door in
7:30am arrival. Drop cloths down. Old door + jamb removed. New unit dry-fit, plumbed, shimmed, fastened. Trim wrapped. Hardware set. Site vacuumed. Most jobs done by lunch.

After
One year of follow-up
For a full year after install, if anything's off with how we set the door — drag, latch alignment, trim pulling, threshold seal — we come back and fix it free. After that, the door itself and ordinary wear are covered by the manufacturer (5–20 yrs depending on the brand).
