In-home measure

A master installer visits, measures the rough opening, walks you through 2–3 material options that fit your budget, and confirms the final installed price. ~45 minutes. No "manager calls" with magic discounts.

Days 3–14

Order & build

Stock orders ship in 1–3 weeks. Custom builds (mahogany, art glass, oversized) take 4–6. We text you a delivery confirmation and schedule the install date.

Install day

Old door out, new door in

7:30am arrival. Drop cloths down. Old door + jamb removed. New unit dry-fit, plumbed, shimmed, fastened. Trim wrapped. Hardware set. Site vacuumed. Most jobs done by lunch.

After

One year of follow-up

A hinge sags. A sweep wears down. Weatherstripping pulls loose. We come back, free, for a full year. After that, manufacturer warranties take over (5–20 yrs depending on door).
