When you request a quote or contact us, we collect:

• Your phone number
• Your email address (optional)
• The type of door you're interested in
• Any details you choose to share in the message field
• Technical metadata such as the time of submission and the page you submitted from

We do not collect payment information through this website.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to:

• Respond to your quote request and schedule an in-home estimate
• Send you appointment confirmations and reminders
• Deliver your quote and follow up about your project
• Coordinate the installation of your doors
• Request a review after your install (only if you're happy with the work)

SMS messaging & mobile numbers

By submitting our contact form with the SMS consent box checked, you agree to receive SMS messages from Galve Development Group at the phone number you provided. Messages are sent for the purposes listed above (quote follow-up, appointment confirmations, install coordination, post-install review).

We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to any third party for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with our SMS service provider (Telnyx) for the technical purpose of message delivery, and never for their independent use.

Message frequency varies by where you are in the project lifecycle — typically 5 to 10 messages over the course of a quote and install. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop receiving SMS: reply STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation, then no further messages.

How we share information

We only share your information with:

• Service providers we use to operate the business (e.g. Telnyx for SMS, Stripe for payments, our hosting provider) — only to the extent needed to perform their service
• Our installation crew, when assigning your job (name, address, phone, project details)
• Government or law enforcement, if required by a valid legal process

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for third-party marketing.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to keep records required for tax and warranty purposes (typically 7 years). You can request deletion of your records at any time by emailing us — see "Contact" below.

Your rights

You can:

• Ask what information we have about you
• Ask us to correct or delete your information
• Withdraw SMS consent at any time (reply STOP, or contact us)
• Opt out of any non-transactional communication

Security

We protect your information with industry-standard safeguards (encrypted database storage, encrypted transit, access limited to the people who need it for your project). No system is perfect, but we use the measures we'd want a vendor to use for our own data.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
